Moose and water go together - like moose and squirrel...

            This moose was also at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center near Portage Alaska, similar to the bear I recently posted. He was getting a drink from his private lake.  His antlers are in velvet and are full of nerve endings as they grow for this season.

Of course, for my generation we were introduced to this wonderful mammal through the animated animals in The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show. I'll never forget the voices of Rocky and Bullwinkle!!
