This is the monastry in the order of the sons of Zebedee. All the monks were formerly fishermen, but they have chosen not to fish for their own profit, but as they say: 
"Everriculum in usus pauperum
Everriculum Dominum ut serviatis ei "
Which means:
"Fishing to serve the poor
Fishing to serve the Lord."
