EOS 7D Mark II_117888_C - a photo on Flickriver

Springtail, springstaart (Isotomidae, juvenile Isotomurus sp.?), in the marsh (on Sphagnum)

Note by Frans Janssens: "Macrosetae absent : could be juvenile Desoria olivacea". However, in flic.kr/p/2kZoY9g there is a note by Frans regarding a similar specimen, also without macrosetae, saying "Isotomurus sp. juvenile".

Useful comment by Frans at bugguide.net concerning yellow Isotomidae (note the first note):

To distinguish these genera [Isotomurus, Isotoma and Desoria] you need to check the distribution of the dorso-lateral macrosetae on the body.
Isotomurus : macrosetae only present on posterior segments (abd.4-6)
Isotoma : macrosetae present on all segments
Desoria : macrosetae absent
Note : only to be used for adult specimens
Note2 : macrosetae may have been lost
Note3 : macrosetae are not always resolved in low resolution shots
