Le parc des Loups du Gévaudan se situe en Margeride, à plus de 1000 mètres d'altitude.
Plus de cent loups (Canada, Sibérie, Mongolie, arctique et Pologne) vivent en semi-liberté dans un espace boisé de plusieurs hectares sur les terres de légendes du Gévaudan.
Le parc de vision est ouvert afin de découvrir  cinq sous-espèces du Canis lupus.

L'intérêt principal du parc des Loups du Gévaudan, outre celui d'observer les loups, est de chercher à faire connaître l'animal tel qu'il est réellement : effacer ou atténuer toutes les peurs qui ont couru sur lui dans les siècles passés et le réhabiliter auprès des visiteurs en espérant que les mentalités évoluent.
Le parc dispose également d'un enclos de plus de 15 hectares où des études plus scientifiques s'y déroulent.
