New York Police Department - a photo on Flickriver

            2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor belonging to the NYPD's Citywide Traffic Task Force. I am unsure if these are volunteer officers. The CVPI is one of the last for the NYPD, and one of the last on Manhattan Island.
