Giardino peonie Vitorchiano / Centro Botanico Moutan

            IL GIARDINO DELLE PEONIE DI VITORCHIANO si trova nelle vicinanze di Viterbo, a settanta chilometri da Roma, ai piedi dei Colli Cimini.

E’ conosciuto anche con il nome Centro Botanico Moutan, raccoglie oltre 250.00 piante, tra cui circa 600 differenti varietà di peonie, alle quali fanno da cornice lecci, cipressi, querce ed ulivi secolari.

Si estende su quindici ettari circondati dalla natura fascinosa della Tuscia, in un ambiente dal forte impatto storico-artistico.

THE GARDEN OF THE PEONIES OF VITORCHIANO is located near Viterbo, seventy kilometers from Rome, at the foot of the Cimini Hills.

Also known as the Moutan Botanical Center, it collects over 250,000 plants, including about 600 different varieties of peonies, framed by holm oaks, cypresses, oaks and centuries-old olive trees.

It extends over fifteen hectares surrounded by the fascinating nature of Tuscia, in an environment with a strong historical-artistic impact.
