            Happy New Year!  Wait- what’s that?  Oh, I’m 23 days late?  Huh.  Okay.

So, I built something again.  Of course, it’s not for any of the multiple RPGs I’m in, but for a dying fandom that most people associate with the Twilight Saga and the Divergent Series.  You guessed it, the Hunger Games.  I read the books, bought the movies, watched the movies, and then watched some of the movies again all in about a week with my sister over New Years’.  It was fantastic.  Right after that, I started working on a MOC from the series and this is what I ended up with.  I’m kind of happy with it . . ?  It got tricky near the end since my olive green collection was very, very low, so some sections suffer significantly because of that.  But there are parts of terrain I’m very pleased with, and the fence really came together in the end.  Overall, it does what it was supposed to do: commemorate a story that I really love and enjoyed for the first time with my sister.  

Believe it or not, I had a whole series of builds planned out for the Hunger Games, including the Quarter Quell, District 13, some stuff in the Capitol, etc. but sadly, those will probably never happen.  The length of time it’s taking me to finish projects is equaled only by the length of the list of things I want to build.  Ya know the Series of Unfortunate Events?  Well, I had a 13 part MOC series planned out for that, too.  Maybe someday. xD
