There are many knights of valor throughout the Holy Land, those who exemplify honor, nobility and pride in all they do in life.  Few however, can match the courage and chivalry of the Paladins.  The Paladins are an interesting facet of the Holy Land’s society of warfare, for they hold no titles and join no orders.  They forego all earthly lands and holdings, forsaking their namesake and their birthright to become true masters of faith and protectors of the weak.  

The Paladins traverse the land alone and with staunch faith in their holy purpose.  They wear immaculate armor, carrying sharp great swords and sturdy shields.  They adorn their armor with holy candles that burn with the fervor of their honor and pride.  Flames burning fiercely in an ominous sign of holy wrath, these mighty warriors and protectors of peace are a beacon on the battlefield.

Traversing the Holy Land in such a speedy manner as the Paladins do would be an impossible task if not for their loyal and brave mounts, the Pegasus. These winged horses soar through the air at impressive speeds, swooping in and out of battle, seeking the most fearsome of foes so that their beloved masters can smite the enemy’s unholy manner and release their own holy wrath. 

All who join battle with the Holy Land are awed by the holy aura that encompasses the Paladins as they fortify the lines of infantry and lead the thunderous cavalry charge.  Masters of war and exemplifiers of pride and nobility, the Paladins are the defenders of the faith and  the weak.
