28 Finał WOŚP był ostatnią okazją do spotkania w ruchu liniowym wagonu Duewag M6S.
Zakupione tramwaje przez nieistniejącą dzisiaj spółkę Międzygminną Komunikację Tramwajową w 2011 z Bochum, po 9 latach eksploatacji kończą swoją przygodę w Łodzi.
Do 2012 roku tramwaje można było spotkać na linii 46. Po przejęciu ich przez MPK Łódź były wysyłane do prac na liniach 43 i 46. Po fali zamknięć torowisk do Lutomierska i Ozorkowa trafiły one na linie miejskie 4, 7 i 9, a 6 stycznia w ostatnimi dniu kiedy pojawiły się w liniowej obsłudze można było spotkać na 1. 
W międzyczasie pojawiały się na krócej i dłużej na liniach zastępczych, które wymagały obsługi dwukierunkowym taborem.
Ze względu na małą serie tych wagonów i problem z częściami zamiennymi podjęto decyzji o wycofanie ich z ruchu.
Póki co ich przyszłość nie jest znana.

The 28th Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity was the last opportunity to meet in a linear motion of the Duewag M6S wagon.
Trams purchased by the now non-existent company Międzygminna Tram Communication in Bochum in 2011, after 9 years of operation end their adventure in Lodz.
Until 2012, trams could be found on route 46. After they were taken over by MPK Łódź, they were sent to work on lines 43 and 46. After a wave of closures of the tracks to Lutomiersk and Ozorków, they reached city lines 4, 7 and 9, and on January 6 in on the last day when they appeared in the linear service you could meet on 1.
In the meantime, they appeared on the replacement lines for a shorter and longer time, requiring two-way rolling stock service.
Due to the small series of these wagons and the problem with spare parts, it was decided to withdraw them from service.
For now, their future is not known.
