            Potentilla nepalensis, commonly known as Nepalese Cinquefoil, is a perennial plant native to East Asia and the Himalayas. It typically reaches a height of 30–60 centimeters (12–24 inches) and features low mounds of deep green, strawberry-like leaves. From late spring to late summer, it produces cup-shaped flowers that can be dark red or dark pink, measuring about 1 inch (2.5 cm) across, and are borne in loose clusters on branched stems. This plant is known for being tolerant and easy to grow, making it suitable for various garden settings. Additionally, it provides nectar and pollen for bees and other pollinators.
