Snow, fallen on cedars - a photo on Flickriver

            Heavy snow weighs down the pliable cedar fronds. I initially held my phone under the branch out of curiosity, to see what kind of image might result. Upon reviewing it later, I enjoyed the transverse diagonals of the branches (left to right) and fronds (right to left). Converting it to black and white also brought out the different shading. Perhaps the pattern would make an interesting wallpaper...
