Family - a photo on Flickriver

Family

            This is the most moving of my found photographs.  I assume this is a family.  The young man seems to be having difficulty standing.  His feet are splayed, and his face is blurred as though he had trouble holding still for the exposure.  Both adults are supporting him while giving the impression of  not assisting him.  His mother has lovingly tied a bow around his collar.  The father is standing ramrod straight.  I've often wondered if he was overcompensating for his son's disability, or simply standing proud --of his son; of his family.  The love expressed in this photograph is overwhelming.
