            Pretty in groups of one or two ... but, even prettier in groups of 'billions and billions' ... as Carl Sagan might have said. Not so, you say? You say you're sick and tired of winter? Cheer up, this is Groundhog Day and I don't know what it's like where you live, but that little furry animal definitely wouldn't have seen its shadow here today ... if we even had groundhogs, that is. So, I guess, for us,  the worst of winter is over. :-) Still, who minds winter? Even snow clearing becomes a Zen like experience after awhile.

This looks a little like a black and white image, but, as you will see if you look closely, it really isn't. In case you were wondering about the scale,those holes in the metal are exactly 9/64th of an inch in diameter ... about 3.57mm.
