BUTTERFLY, on buddleia. - a photo on Flickriver

            since retiring from his work this year, and getting the photography bug. billy currie, from langholm, the young posers grandad. bought himself a canon eos 300d camera, and although a novice has became deeply hooked on photography. this is one of his first lot of pictures, of a red admiral butterfly, (vanessa atalanta) on the butterfly bush, (buddleia davidii).not to bad for some one who has only been using a digital slr, for just a few months. no doubt through practice he will become picture perfect. langholm, dumfriesshire, scotland.   view large
