            This year, 2025, Edinburgh celebrated 100 years of night bus services that are now operated by the succesor to ECT - Lothian Buses. Over the years the routes, fares and nature of the services has changed; originally operated on weekday nights to serve night shift workers they now operate throughout the week but more geared to leisure needs. 

This double page leaflet dates from October 1948 when the Department was still based in offices in the old St. James's Square under General Manager W.M. Little.
