DUBLIN CASTLE, Ireland. Easter 2015

            St Patrick's Hall, the grandest and one of the oldest of the State Apartments. Formally the ballroom of the Viceregal Court it is the home to the most significant painted ceiling in Ireland, completed sometime in the 1790s by Vincentzo Waldré. On the walls are the banners of the chivalric order of the Knights of St Patrick, with the Lord Lieutenant or the Monarch at its head.
