Heron at the Palace - a photo on Flickriver

            A juvenile Black-crowned Night Heron (Nycticorax nycticorax), perched on a branch in front of the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California.  The reflections in the water are of the massive stone columns of the monumental structure behind.
