Number 60 Low Petergate, York (#DrawingAugust, day 10)

            The three storey timber framed building forms the end bay of a late 15th century building that originally provided five tenements. By 1630 this had been converted into three houses which were provided with  a series of internal chimney stacks. This is a preliminary sketch of a young lady fixing some plant decoration on the front, a relatively quick sketch to help work out what the shop front looks like ahead of doing an architectural study. My effort for #DrawingAugust, day 10 challenge. Pentel 0.5mm pencil in an A4 sketchbook.
