            AL MATTINO UNA BELLA SPREMUTA DI ARANCIA E MELOGRANO.

Il succo d’arancia possiede grandi proprietà, dato che in esso i componenti dell’agrume sono molto più concentrati. Proprio per questo il succo d’arancia risulta più terapeutico del frutto stesso.
Bere 1 spremuta d’arancia al giorno è quindi un’ottima abitudine. Merito delle sue proprietà, che ci permettono di soddisfare buona  parte del fabbisogno giornaliero di Vitamina C, indispensabile per prevenire i raffreddori di stagione. Ma non solo, sono molti gli effetti benefici della spremuta. Senza dimenticare che apporta poi poche calorie, con 33 kcal per 100g, l’arancia è infatti ideale anche per chi è a dieta.
