Es tracta d'una llet fermentada bevible a l'estil àrab. La seva textura cremosa i el seu sabor està a mig camí d'un iogurt i un quefir. A més, posseeix certes notes de dolçor al costat d'un toc àcid que li proporcionen un sabor suau i exquisit.

Details of "Leben" Goat's Milk
It is a drinkable fermented milk in the Arabian style. Its creamy texture and flavor is halfway between yogurt and kefir. In addition, it has certain notes of sweetness along with an acidic touch that give it a soft and exquisite flavor.
