Evening Grosbeak - a photo on Flickriver

Evening Grosbeak

             I have a friend who lives just north of town and every year she gets a flock of Evening Grosbeaks visiting her feeders.  They obviously like the mixed woods, the wild seed pods and the well stocked feeders.   This shot was taken in November.  It is now late January and they are still visiting her yard and feeders.
