Star Trails_200

This 200x15s stacked image (lightened in Photoshop) shows that despite a clear moonless night, air traffic and satellites dominated an otherwise quiet setting in my neighborhood.

With a 3 second delay between frames, this image is equivalent to exactly 60 minutes of the earth's movement. Polaris is well defined as the nearly stationary star (41 degrees above the northern horizon).
