D6700 - a photo on Flickriver

D6700

            The driving position of Class 37 No D6700. The decor is smarter but this is essentially the same as I'm used to on No 37 227 at Chinnor. Notable differences are the partition behind the driver's seat, the seats themselves, the radio equipment (this loco is or was national network-certified) and the soft toy at top right.

In the background is the failed 'Peak' which has been deposited in the Up loop at Swithland sidings for collection later.

As it happens, the next day I was passed for driving the Chinnor 37, which was rather nice.
