RFO 1830 bij Deventer Colmschate op 29-5-2023

            Op pinkstermaandag 29 mei 2023 werd met een drukke werkweek in het vooruitzicht het spoor opgezocht. Dagenlang werd er mooi weer beloofd, maar op zondagavond verscheen er sluierbewolking in de voorspellingen. Toch werd maandagvroeg toch maar het spoor opgezocht. In Loo trof ik direct een bekende treinenspotter en samen hebben we een aantal locaties bezocht. Gezien de gezelligheid en deze dag vooral de kwaliteit in plaats van de kwantiteit qua cargo kunnen we terugkijken op een prima dag in Twente. Er werden uiteraard ook weer een aantal 1700'en meegepakt nu het nog kan.

De dag werd afgesloten bij Rijssen. Er was een fraaie trein met dwarsliggers en getrokken door de mooie RFO 193 627 in aantocht. Deze was rond drie uur al bij Rheine gezien. De veronderstelling was dan ook dat we deze mooi bij Loo of Deventer konden spotten. Daar kwam de trein niet opdagen. Wel werd daar de RFO 1830 met een lege kolentrein gespot als zeer fraaie "troostprijs". 

Hier zien we de RFO 1830 met een kolentrein bij Deventer Colmschate op 29-5-2023. In Rijssen kon de hoofdprijs van de dag worden afgestreept.
