Greyhound Lines MCI 102DL3 #6309 at Big Spring, TX, replacement bus for Schedule 7261 Amarillo-San Antonio. Our assigned bus was #7077, which had a suspension failure when I boarded in Plainview. Driver Gilbert drove this bus to Plainview from Lubbock to pick us up, even though Carlos was supposed to drive it on the Lubbock-El Paso as Schedule 7315 (which got cancelled). 7315's passengers went onto this bus and transferred at Big Spring.

Bus ran smoothly at around 70 mph and was clean inside, no odors. Light damage on the right side, windows a bit dusty but not too bad. Not sure if the Wi-Fi or outlets worked, didn't try it out.

By the way, Gilbert's a great driver, and the passengers on this run were a friendly bunch. Most of them spoke Spanish and I couldn't understand what they were saying, but I knew they were not dangerous or suspicious like I have seen on other Greyhounds.

At this point, we were about 1:40 late.
