In the mid-90s, Helen Watson, third from left in this photo, formed an all female group of already established singer songwriters and musicians who were well known on the British folk circuit. Producing just 4 albums they toured on and off over the next decades as well as pursuing their own careers.

With one of their number seriously ill in hospital, they decided it was time for their final flight as a group. In this photo taken by Kim on her phone, just the four members (from left to right, Julie Matthews, Chris While, Helen Watson and Miranda Sykes) played a rather emotional gig at our village hall last Monday evening.
