This is not perfect. Just a quick example to showcase the power of "Warp" tool from CS3. Duplicate a new layer and go to "Warp" tool under "Edit – Transform" panel. There is no fix rule or settings for this action. You will need to have a sense of artistic judgement to get it better. Here, the face has been adjusted with the warp tool to correct barrel distortion normally caused by being too close to the subject with a super wide lens. For more complex situation "Liquify" filter would be more ideal. To give it more balance on the body, I extended the arm towards the right. Simple as that in under 5 minutes. By the way, he is actually flying a kite.
