African Wild Dog - a photo on Flickriver

African Wild Dog

            It was one of the highlights of our trip to Namibia to see Wild Dogs. We managed to see them at Erindi Game Reserve, first thing in the morning. After following them all racing along they eventually stopped to sleep in the shade.

They’re critically endangered, with only 5,000 - 6,000 left in the wild.
