            New Haven Railroad Pullman 14 single bedroom plan 3080A sleeping car Nightview is seen in a train's consist, ca 1940's.  In 1948 the New Haven Railroad purchased ten of these Night series 14 single bedroom sleeping cars from Pullman.  This car was built in 1928 by Pullman in its current configuration with no open sections.  Notice that the lettering on the car is very faded.  These car remained on the roster until 1961.

The name of the photographer that captured this image on film is unknown.  This is a modified, enhanced and cropped photo scan that is from a B&W image that was on the Internet.
