Primark/Alders/Owen & Owens Coventry (Helberg and Harris 1954)

            Refurbishment in 2006 included new cladding in keeping with the original, but also involved reducing the internal retail floorspace, leaving large "Storage" areas that could actually play host to another shop entirely. If only they could  find a non competitor as a sub tenant.
