Distant strike - a photo on Flickriver

Distant strike

            Lightning strikes high ground some 11 miles away from the camera during the summer of 2006. Seen on the left of frame is Alpha house (1963) one of the rare "Jack Blocks" mentioned in a recent post. Whilst in the middle distance can be seen University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire (UHCW)
