            Maybe 1 in 100 houses decorate for Halloween in a big way, sometimes all along, but other times seen in clusters as one neighbor is motivated by another. This photo is only a small slice of a much larger pie: the front yard, the driveway, the parkway green space between street and sidewalk --- all these spaces scream "Halloween!" at this address.
