1) The current model of systematic understanding: Mind (m) creates System (s) for comprehending World (w). Then, the system-world link is solidified at the expense of individual users.

2) Model of interface layers. In which the moment of perception (*) is given a provisional frame ([*]). The moment of perception is understood via a complex play of interface layers (panel 2). Panels 3 and 4 show Mind's organization of moments into constellations for others to observe.

3) The Open Object. Mind interacts with Object (the square), creating a local, provisional meaning / entry point (*). Another Mind does the same thing. The combination of both Mind's interactions with the object creates an embedded meaning (central *) and two local meanings / entry points (frame 4)

4) Mind's interaction with World, through the Living Interface (L.I.). Dashed lines indicate tendency to change based on local conditions and the lack of definite boundaries for Mind, Living Interface and World.
