365 ~ 135 ... Put Your New Shoes On!!

            This week most everything is getting back to normal at they gym although some of the classes I attend will only have 11 or 8 people in attendance! I actually feel so comfortable at the gym as social distancing and face masks have to be adhered to (no face mask whilst working out) but particularly as the staff continue disinfect all gym equipment before and after anyone works out!

Tomorrow, I'll even wear my new clean gym shoes!!
