Former Atlantic, Madison, OH - a photo on Flickriver

This Started Out As An Atlantic Service Station In The Late 1960's. This Station Became An Arco In 1970. This Station Stopped Being An Arco In 1982, When They Pulled Out Of Ohio. I Am Also Not Sure What This Station Became After Being An Arco. At One Time, This Place Was Known As Madison Auto Clinic. After Madison Auto Clinic Closed Down, This Place Sat Vacant For Many Years.

The Tall Sign For This Former Station Is Gone For Many Years (Maybe Even Decades)

No, This Is Not My Photo. I Have Been To Madison, Ohio On July 9, 2022, Only Find Out That This Place Is Gone Now. The Credit Goes To Google Maps Street View From May 2019. Unfortunately, This Place Was Demolished (Possibly In Early 2022). Love's Travel Stops Bought The Property And They Want To Build A Boring Looking Truck Stop On The Site Of This One. I Know That There Still Several Old Atlantic Buildings That Still Survive In This State, But I Think This One Was The Most Appealing To Me. I Really Wanted To Visit This Place Since 2017, But I Never Got The Chance :(.
