The parks department didn't make this but they haven't taken it down either. Probably because the summers get so hot here. And the city is only going to open half of the pools this summer because they can't find enough lifeguards.
I'm not sure I would swim here. If you look into the backdrop you'll see two guys and a dog. There are some great trails on both sides of the creek and people bring their dogs with them to hike.
