In all reality, the way I would balance this is by piling on lots and lots of Angel Hair Pasta and a generous helping of Seafood Alfredo Sauce. I might still make Broccoli flowers, though! Anyway, I hope it makes you smile...

The pattern on the plate is Lenox 'Poppies On Blue'. One of the reasons I chose it was because it has the four colors my Mom used to teach us accountability. We drew the names out of a paper cup of the colors she wrote on a piece of paper and that was 'our color'. Mine was red/pink, one of my brothers had blue, one had yellow and my sister had green. Poppies On Blue was introduced in 1984 and discontinued in 2007.
