            The St. Antonius basilica in the city of Rheine is a representative church building in the Romanesque Revival architecture style. 

The church was established between 1899 and 1905 after plans by Johannes Franziskus Klomp in the kind of a Romanesque imperial cathedral and was consecrated to holy Antonius von Padua. 

It lies to the right of the river Ems with the Osnabrücker Straße and is a parish church of the Catholic parish Holy Cross in Rheine since 2005.
