Old Buck On His Last Legs - a photo on Flickriver

            This ole guy got winded walking from his nap to a water tank. I'm not sure if he has enough energy to fight or mount a doe if offered. However, I think he's got a slight chance to make it through the winter because the coyote seem to have thinned out. (There was mange and I saw no mangy coyote in two-days). 

My friends that know RMA may have trouble figuring out where I took these images. It was off Peoria Rd., to the North of the loop. We paid $100 per day to get up there and onto the inner loop and a few other areas.
