It was quite a day . . . . (Explore! 3/10/12)

            Drove up to the cabin by way of US-31 along lake Michigan today, with clear skies and temperatures in the 40s.  The wind was gusting from the south at 40 mph and so I stopped in Frankfort to see if any waves had kicked up!  Wow!  I could see the whitecaps and the spray over the south breakwater from M-115 coming down the hill!  You had to be there to appreciate this.  Two surfers and a photographer were all that ventured out on the pier.
