            for Macro Mondays theme collection

The theme of collection immediately took me back in time, to when my son was a boy of about 6 years old. We were visiting my mother, who was going to light something with a match. My son saw the box and asked: "Grandma, can I have that matchbox when it's empty?" My mother asked why and my son explained that he collected them. "Yes, of course you can". She emptied the box and gave it to him. "How many do you have already?" I heard my overjoyed son say "this is the first one".

Bij het thema verzameling maakte ik gelijk een reis terug in de tijd, toen mijn zoon nog een jochie van een jaar of 6 was. We waren op bezoek bij mijn moeder, die iets aan ging steken met een lucifer. Mijn zoon zag het doosje en vroeg: "oma, mag ik dat lucifersdoosje hebben als het leeg is?" mijn moeder vroeg waarom en mijn zoon legde uit dat hij ze verzamelde. "Ja, natuurlijk mag dat". Ze maakte het doosje leeg en gaf het hem.  "Hoeveel heb je er al?" Ik hoorde mijn dolgelukkige zoon "dit is de eerste" zeggen.
