Connecting corridor between several quarries... Mořina quarries are or were used for the extraction of very high quality limestone. It is a system of quarries dating from the 19th century... The quarries are connected by an intricate network of tunnels about 15 km long on several levels. The quarries have special names dating back to the days of tramping... There's the Big and Little America Quarry, Mexico Quarry, Canada Quarry, Fox Quarry, Prayer Room Quarry, Horseshoe Quarry and many more...
