Taj Mahal - am Ziel meiner Wünsche - a photo on Flickriver

            Slowly it comes out of the dust - my desired building.
It is a mausoleum for the wife of Mughal Shah Jahan. She died 1631 during the birth of her 14th child.
One of the sons murdered his 3 brothers and arrested his father in the tower until death. So far to the love story.

Langsam erhebt es sich etwas aus dem Dunst - mein ersehntes Bauwerk.
Es dient als Mausoleum für die Frau des Großmogul Shah Jahan. Sie starb 1631 bei der Geburt ihres 14. Kindes mit 39 Jahren.
Einer der Söhne brachte seine 3 Brüder um und steckte seinen Vater für 8 Jahre in Arrest, bis zu seinem Tode.
So weit die Liebesgeschichte.
