            Siamo fatti di luci e ombre, vivono dentro di noi.
Fanno parte di ciò che siamo, di ciò che non vogliamo essere e di quello che potremmo essere. 
E' la lotta tra quello che riconosciamo, che evitiamo, che ammettiamo e che ignoriamo.
E in questo piccolo impegnativo equilibrio cerchiamo di trascorrere le nostre giornate senza che nessuna delle parti domini la nostra vita.

Non ci sono solo luci, né esse illuminano sempre la nostra vita. 
Le luci a volte abbagliano e le ombre possono darci le risposte.

We are made of lights and shadows, they live within us.
They are part of what we are, what we don't want to be and what we could be.
It is the struggle between what we recognize, which we avoid, which we admit and which we ignore.
And in this small demanding balance we try to spend our days without any of the parties dominating our life.

There are not only lights, nor do they always illuminate our life.
The lights sometimes dazzle and the shadows can give us the answers.
