Burg Hohenwerfen

            For my 100th Flickr photo, I thought I'd return to my favourite shoot and share another view of the fabulous Burg Hohenwerfen in the Austrian Alps. This beautiful castle stands on a tower of rock in the middle of a deep Alpine valley. It was the setting for the movie "Where Eagles Dare" and it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Enjoy!
