特徵：明顯的特徵就是眼周環繞白色絨狀短羽眼環，不會在固定的地方停留太久幾秒內就離開。繁殖期單獨或成對行動，繁殖期以外幾乎群棲，團隊成員以家族為中心，少則七、八隻，多則數十隻以上集體覓食。群體由一隻鳴聲宏亮的雄鳥帶隊，四處快速流動。
