Glass Dome of the Main Customs Office Building Munich

            The Glass Dome is part of the Munich Hauptzollamt building which was erected in the German Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) by Friedrich Bürklin in 1912. The most distinctive part is this Glass Dome (45m) which was originally build as a ventilation shaft and was furnished with the top glass roof construction later on.
