Flotsam and jetsam - a photo on Flickriver

Flotsam and jetsam

            found on my first visit to the Baltic Sea 61 years ago. I was 14 years old and already enthusiastic about everything nature had to offer. While searching for amber, fossils and shells, I also found this bottle cap. I kept all these things as souvenirs.
So today I was able to recreate this macro photo from a wonderful time and memories. I hope you like it.

Treibgut und Strandgut
gefunden bei meinem ersten Ostseebesuch vor 61 Jahren. Ich war 14 Jahre jung und schon begeistert von allem was uns die Natur zu bieten hat. Beim Suchen nach Bernstein, Fossilien und Muscheln fand ich auch diesen Flaschenverschluss. All diese Dinge habe ich als Andenken aufbewahrt.
So konnte ich heute dieses Makrofoto, aus einer schönen Zeit und Erinnerungen, nachstellen. Ich hoffe es gefällt euch.
