Coast Guard Eisenhower COVID morn-31

            Every morning I try to go on a photo-safari in somewhat remote areas of the island. It is my effort to remember this virus will be a thing of the past soon. Also to remember while we all keep fundamentally quarantined, practicing social distancing—a lonely walk on the beach is just what the doctor ordered. 

Will this COVID 19 suffering infuse character back into mans souls? Character that produces hope and fully matures us. Trees need wind to blow against them, which in turn causes their root systems to grow deeper into the soil, which in turn supports the tree as it grows taller. A tree that develops a deep, strong root structure can withstand heavy winds without toppling to the ground. Deep roots find needed nutrients and water—Is this our chance to grow deep roots? 

Movement is very good for health, but do everything to be sensible—hand washing, I used Clorox wipes in my car and take them on walks, never use railings and try to use elbows to open doors. For those of you who cannot get out for a lone photo-safari, those of you all locked in the city, and those who are sick I hope these images will bring you hope for the new dawn.
