F U - a photo on Flickriver

            Not art?  it is now... sorta.                                                                       i saw a couple of these... I think they are venting sewer gas.  But why bother with the "not art" tag?  I just need a stencil with "F" to make this "not art" complete.  Maybe a "Do" would help, too.
